- Trigger Mapping: Each member identifies a recurring situation where they react emotionally and dissects the deeper cause.
- Controlled Response Practice: Role-play exercises where members are presented with challenging scenarios and must practice responding with emotional discipline.

- Challenge: The 3-Second Rule – Before reacting emotionally, pause for three seconds, breathe, and choose a response.
